Which graphics card to replace NVIDIA GeForce 6150?

Can you suggest minimum specs for a PCI-E x16 graphics card to upgrade from my current NVIDIA GeForce 6150 GPU, On Board 512MB shared graphics? I'm not a gamer, but I use image, video editing & rendering software.

How important is PCI graphic card MHZ compare to (shared) RAM MHZ?

Current specs:
AMD Athlon II X4 635 2.9GHz
Biostar MCP6P3 w/ PCI-E x16
512Mb NVIDIA GeForce 6150 on-bard graphics
2Gb DDR3 (1333Mhz) RAM

You can find which card meets your budget then all you need to do next is see if it fits in your PC and if your PC has the AMPERES and WATTS to supply the new card.
