The setup looks OK, I would probably try to manage the cables a bit better as they might block the air flow.
Average idle temp should be around 30-40. Anything higher than 75 when playing games should be a cause for concern.

It sounds like your temperatures are OK. I'd change the side fan so it blows out. I think removing hot air is more important than bringing in cool air (you already have an intake fan in front), but that's just my opinion.

Take a look at a modular power supply, though. That will let you use only the power cables you need, instead of having a bunch of extra cables hanging out of the power supply that you aren't going to use. You could end up with fewer cables hanging around blocking airflow. Cable management can be tough, but your cables do look pretty messy.

measurement of ambient inside case or of the CPU? I suspect it's of the CPU or else CPU would've shut down. C2Q is ok at <=60C.

When you have funds, start over with a gamer case where PSU is at the bottom and exhaust fans are on top. Front intake only useful if you have a huge stack of HDDs. Side intake cools PCIe and PCI. Rear exhaust only necessary if top fans not present.

Also larger (120mm and above) fans move more air at slower and quieter speeds. Forget 80mm - faster, noisier, shorter lifespan.

Bundling cables together can help air flow throughout the case. Sometimes even mounting small cardboard panels can help direct airflow into crucial areas and direct cooler air into areas where it might be otherwise blocked.
