PC hardware forum: conference room flat screen

conference room flat screen

We are considering a new conference room and would like a large wall mounted monitor (42")to show our presentations on. Should I be looking at a plasma TV, a computer monitor, or other? We previously used a projector and thought we may be much better results with a computer and large screen. Any thoughts or suggestions. Would a TV work?

plasma isnt recommended for static images (phosphor burn-in risk)

you will need a better graphics card- one that supports HDMI

a 42" lcd tv might be what you need. provided the price tag of about $1000
