PC hardware forum: How to connect a Apple Studio Display monitor to a Intel P.C

I'm sorry guy, you must be mistaken. Apple has not supported VGA in a very very very long time. Apple has been on the cutting edge of technology for some time now. ADC is a type of digital connecter compared to the anolog connection that VGA gives. Apple ships all of its computers with DVI now and they have supported only DVI for a couple years now. To run this in order, Apple first supported VGA then they upgraded and started supporting ADC (Apple Display Connector, a propriatory Digital signal) then they switched over to DVI. It seems that most PCs still ship with VGA. Maybe when Windows users (myself included although I find myself using a PC less and less) start demanding quality and innovation PCs will ditch the VGA for DVI (ofcourse all of the *hot* aftermarket video cards for PCs support DVI). To answer your question about adapters to use an Apple Cinema Display with a PC, Apple sells an ADC to DVI connector for $99. It should work as long as you have a video card with DVI.
