could not get video signal

Hi
I couldn't get video signal when power up my computer. but power LED was on.
So i open up and found that fan in graphic card is death. but other fan is spinning normally.
So i reset bios and replace vid card with my friend's one. but i still got a same problem
What is wrong with my computer? what part do i have to change?


AMD AThlon XP 2600+
Asus A7V600
Gforce 4 MX440
