Even if this works well, as Robert offered it's still dependent on the signal strength. So, if you plan to be in remote or areas not served well, it could be immediately known. Plus, the small antenna involved isn't offering much other than getting something basic. Being USB based, that too provides small power levels if at all it's that power hungry. if you get that mobile, then I'm sure you'll find some areas better than others. Even your link offers an antenna to better serve that device(optional) besides what comes with it, I suppose. From the specs it lends itself across the board not lacking much. Price isn't bad either, IMO.
