What type of printer should I purchase for a Stationery & IN

Hello-I just started a new custom design stationery and invitation business. I have been taking them to a printer (files created in Photoshop and InDesign) and having them printed on 100lb cover, but I'm interested in printing them myself and trimming them at home. Any suggestions on a solid printer that has high resolution, double-sided printing, can handle 100lb cover stock in 8.5 x 11? I'm willing to spend up to $5,000 for the right product, but don't want to invest in a home printer unless the quality is excellent and run through huge amounts of ink. Thank you for your input!

Isn't ink what makes it look great? My short stint working with an owner of a print shop had me learning a lot about the print business. Saving ink is not the goal when it comes to a great looking print.

Have you worked with or in a print shop yet? It may help you understand that ink jets are nice but not what the shops use all the time.
