Best 2ms Monitor

Looking for the best 2ms monitor that I can buy under 250 dollars. Ergonomic features are not a huge issue, but preferred. Any suggestions?

Clarification request: Since most allow only 60Hz inputs

Are you looking at those 120Hz VGA input gaming displays? HDMI limits us to 60 Hz so you get into a discussion about why 2mS on a 60Hz video signal pretty fast.
