Epson Workorce 545 all-in-one wireless Scanner

I recntly repaced an epson CX7800 that worked great with MS Paint when scanning. I intalled an Epson Workforce 545 wireless all-in-one and when I launch MS Paint and select "From Scanner or Camera", it does not see my new wireless scanner. I have contacted epson Tech Support but they have not responded. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

My current Canon is the same.

I get to scan to a file and then open that in my paint app.

It appears that few or no current scanners offer integration like you want.
