Dell Computer/tv monitor flickering

model # w26076
on my other computer i have this dell monitor which i use for both tv and comp. recently the monitor began to flicker when it is on, the factory settings were reset and ive tried all connections. the screen flickers very quickly on and off and when it is on you can see the desktop on the computer very briefly, the best thing about this is that its 1 month past the warranty, so dell is useless, plus it takes 3 hours just to get to talk to someone you can understand. please help

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=DELL+w26076&btnG=Google+Search doesn't find what would be a Dell TV.

Also, why not extend the warranty then call it in?
