Cable modem...

The big, bad TWC decided to charge $4 a month to rent their cable modem. This obviously is about gouging more money out of the consumer in a way that doesn't scream, "Okay, really, your programming fee is going up!" So, looking to by a cable modem. The one I have now through TWC is Motorola and seems to be just fine so I'm cool with getting a Motorola modem or perhaps something else. Thoughts?

Thanks for alerting this. I'll watch for the change.

The problem as I see it is for 48 a year you would hard it find to replace it for that. Also, if it breaks TWC replaces it so again, I don't see it being a bad deal.
