Is Real Time Metering the Broadband usage possible?

Hi, I would like to know about any desktop application (Free) which can monitor my internet usage in terms of

1. Amount of data being uploaded and downloaded.
2. Time based ('From Time' to 'To Time'), daily, Weekly monthly usage calculator

3. Most IMP- > Scheduled Monitoring :
Why? Because, for Some Broadband plans sometime of the night/day, internet usage is not charged. So the application should have facility to schedule the network monitoring, just to avoid counting of upload/download data during free time.

On searching, i found few application which are giving first two services, but i have not come across any application which supports the third above mentioned feature.

So friends, can any one let me know about the mentioned application which has got all the three options. The application should be FREE

The manual way would be to stop the monitoring program when the free period starts and starting it again whenit ends. The starting part could be scheduled in Windows. So all you need is a way to close the program via a schedule.

Another way of reaching your purpose is if the database maintained by the program is editable. Then you can remove the counters for the free periods from the database before reporting.

Just 2 other ways to work-around the issue that no program offers the feature you want.

I've found free before so that's no challenge. The challenge is the free stuff is hard on users to setup.

That's why the stuff you pay for costs a little. It's easier to use.
