Need Advice on Wireless Router

by Sotha_sll - 5/24/12 11:36 AM

Hello, I have zyxel P-320W and I'm experiencing lot of problems with wireless connection.
Laptop often disconnects and I have to reset Router to get back connection(This has been driving me mad with Diablo 3)

I searched for my router and it appears to be pretty crappy one, I think problem is the router, but to be honest am not even sure if that's the case and don't really know much about networking to realy get down to problem.

When I get network down in Laptop, I get same in Kindle reader, I also had problems with Gateway timed out error on PC when playing battlefield.

I started searching for replacement Router, My internet package recently became 40mbs so I would like router to support that.
My house is not big, but I would still like decent range support.

Preferred Price Range is 20~30$, max Is 50$. I'm not advanced Network user, I just want to set up router once and forget it ever existed grin

I have found several options, I was wondering if you could give me some advice.

I found this factory refurbished Cisco router, Cisco Linksys Factory Refurbished E1500 25$ I'm not sure about internal Antena and reviews mention need to disable some feature to make Wireless work

another thing withing price range was TP-Link-WL-TL-WR841N-300Mbps, it had decent reviews but looks realy lame

also this dlink model, but everyone complained about low range.

a lot of people really praised Cisco-Linksys-WRT54GL
which is 50$, lot of good reviews too but its supposedly has older technology.
