Making Application Server?

Hi,
I want to learn how to make application server?
I have Windows server 2008 enterprise edition and it is connected to 10 Client Machines. I want to install software programes only on server and use them on client machines without knowing server password.
Please give me complete steps about it.

I donot want to use terminal services that i said earlier as well.
I wanted to do it without using terminal services.

Make a list of current systems and then research each one,.

http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/doityourself-it-guy/diy-deploy-the-zimbra-desktop-client-for-a-solid-groupware-experience/1673?tag=nl.e101 is another one out there but it appears you are attempting GET AROUND THE OFFICE AND SUCH APPS LICENSING COSTS.

Until you remove that goal you will be very frustrated.

Current terminal systems I've used over the years include:

1. VT52 to VT220 "serial port" terminals. And too many Wyse and other character terminals.
2. Teletypes. Paper tape and more!
3. Card punch machines and the card deck in the mail to the computer.
4. X terminals.
5. Windows Terminal Server
6. Citrix.
7. PC-MOS (yes, we did that too!)
8. Xenix and more up to the day Linux appeared.
