Cisco Linksys e3000 Router

I recently bought the e3000 router to stream movies from Netflix using Roku. After the initial download, the movie will stop with message - "please wait, reloading". This happens every five to ten minutes. I've been on the phone with Roku checking settings, with Comcast checking download speed (29.5) and both have said the router is the problem. The connection is wireless. Our laptops work fine in the same room as the TV. Any suggestions?

In fact, the number of items that don't work at all has me thinking Roku has been maxed out on the servers. It worked better last year.

Now before you write the laptops work find, a laptop is not a Roku and does not use the same servers. And you'll hear the same complaints over in the Samsung forum for Netflix.

If it doesn't work, consider returning it and trying the Apple TV (mine's on order.)

There are three others who have posted a response to my question re the e3000 router. I can only access one. Being new to this forum, how do I access the other two responses?
