Problem with Linksys E1000 Wireless Router

My E1000 wireless router keeps losing its signal. After working for a bit, my laptop is no longer able to connect wirelessly to it. The only fix is to reset the router and re-configure from scratch. Cisco technical help claims nothing is wrong with the router or the router settings. I live in a condo unit where the building is wired for internet, so I don't use a cable modem, the ethernet cable goes straight from the wall to the router. When the router stops working, I can still use the internet by plugging directly into my laptop, so I know the ISP's internet connection is fine. Any idea on what to do? Is it the ISP or the router?
