Network Office using T1

I have a brand new office that I am moving into and a T1 has been installed onsite. My question is I am considering doing the install of the router, 24 port Switch and Dell Server to accomadate 16 PC's with Win XP Pro. How difficult of a task is it to do this. I have set up a smaller verion using cable modem with linkysys router to 3 PC's at home.

It's like this. The T1 goes to a "box" that then connects to your NAT ROUTER.

The T1 supplier has such things and does it all the time.
