Operating system data migration HELP!

This is my very first time posting on the forums and I hope i receive the answer to this issue im dealing with. Currently I am running Windows 7 64bit on a 2 TB Samsung Barracuda HDD. I also have 2 other SSDs inside the computer. I have been wondering if or how i may move only the operating system/System files to one of my SSDs so Windows could boot/run faster. I do not want to lose any of my data/games/game data on my current HDD. I also own a copy of Windows 8 that i haven't installed. Basically I want to run programs from the HDD as a secondary drive with my major programs like steam, Origin, etc on the SSD. Is it even possible to move certain files/folders/Operating system? I cannot afford any backup nor External HDD. Basically stuck with my 3 Drives. My SSDs are 80gigs and 120gigs of space. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
