HOW TO FORMAT MY PEN DRIVE?

I can't open my pen drive after my friend copyed a doc. into my pen drive. My pen drive show that have to format it before can be use. I click the format button, but it does not work. It show me that the file is cannot be read. So what should I do now till I can format my pen drive?

try partition wizard. connect your pen drive to computer

the format it with partition wizard, it is free, you can google it.
