Looking towards a storage cosolidation

Hi all experts,

I need some advise on my situation - here are the details

What i have ::
(OFFICE 1)
IBM DS47XX SAN
Synology RS3412RPxs
Windows Based File Cluster (Windows 2k3) with 3 TB + production data
200 + users

(Office 2)
IBM DS35XX
Synology RS3412RPxs
Windows Based File Cluster (Windows 2k8) with 1 TB + Production data
50 + users

Network Link
Dedicated Fiber (1 pair in use - 5 Pairs spare)

What i m looking for ::
Achieve Business continuity in a DR situation Only for Filer Sharing which is core load of work - while each office serve as DR site for each other also there is a future expansion plan to expand this into 3rd site as well with 3 site fully DR protected.

Currently considering ...
1. Storage level replication through IBM Storage replication and use Windows cluster to achieve High Availability (i must buy license from IBM for replication)
2. Introduce NetApp boxes and migrate all data with ACL (3 levels of permission for accessibility structures done through Microsoft Active Directory)
3. Other probable solution (started study on these) are Quantum & EMC

i need some expert insight into would be best and reliable solution

i think i have given enough details above .. if you are recommending any such solution then please provide me relative advantage with competing solutions,

i am currently in discussion with NetApp team, and tomorrow i have a meeting already on the cards
