Desktop purchase for 3D Modeling/Texturing and Painting

I am planning on purchasing a desktop computer and am looking for recommendations. I will be using it for design, painting and 3D modeling/texturing. I currently have an Asus laptop but the graphics card is not compatible with one of the programs I need (See my previous forum post: http://forums.cnet.com/7723-19684_102-587460/is-it-possible-to-update-an-intel-3000-graphics-card/?tag=tracked-disc;track-587460)
Here are the programs I will be using:
Adobe Master Collection CS6 - http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/mastercollection/tech-specs.html
Pixologiz Zbrush - http://pixologic.com/sculptris/requirements/
Autodesk Maya, Mudbox, 3Ds Max - http://images.autodesk.com/adsk/files/entertainment_creation_suites_2013_system_requirements_us.pdf
The Foundry MARI - http://www.thefoundry.co.uk/products/mari/system-requirements/
My budget is no more than $1,500. I know that this may seem too low for using all of these programs, but I unfortunately can't afford to spend more than that at this point... I was thinking about purchasing an iMac but only half of the programs I need are compatible with Mac computers.
I would appreciate some direction as far as where or what computers and/or brands I should be looking at, or maybe just general specs I should look for in order to run this software as well as my budget will allow.
