Desktops forum: New video card for Diablo 3?

I'm still not certain which on would be best to replace my onboard video card that would be able to handle Diablo 3. :c

Best to go with "recommended" not "minimum".

Even the sub 100 buck cards look better than this minimum. The card you noted was not even close to the minimum.

Oh I didn't note a video card that was just what my motherboard's dedicated video card was. I have a slot for a video card and I just wanted to buy something to upgrade to and plug into my motherboard that could handle Diablo 3.

I see what you are asking now. Maybe your question was "will it run?" To which the answer is "maybe with all the settings turned off or set to low." It may "run" and then you can ponder a video card upgrade.

What's the budget?...........that's a limiter.

I see you have a micro mobo.
What size case do you have?.........that's a limiter.

If you have some mini or slim line case........not designed for gaming......... you might be stuck as to how high up the gpu ladder you can go.............the card won't fit.

You might be limited to low profile cards only.

You left out the make, model and specifics about the case and power supply.

You have THE LIST so all you need to do is see if it fits and if the power supply will do the job.

It says its a mid size tower. I have a video card plugged in it right now so I'm not using the on board video card listed with the motherboard.

It's a Sapphire Radeon X1550

But that video looks to draw 75 Watts maximum. Again the lack of detail means I can't tell you anything except there should be no problem with a new cards height or length. All other parameters will be up to you to check.

I know it's odd but without the details, folk can't look into this.

What is the budget?
Makes no sense for someone to recco a 300 buck card if the budget is 100 bucks.

Give the specs on your psu.
