Is this a compatible/decent budget build?

I'm completely new to this, but I want to how to build my own computer. I've been doing some research and I think I'll go trial by fire and just buy and attempt to build. Just looking for some input on whether everything here is compatible and if there is anything unnecessary or redundant. Thanks in advance and suggestions are very welcome.

Toss that psu.

At 14 amps on rail #1 your going to be pushing it.

Go shopping for a single rail unit.

I appreciate the advice. How about the COOLER MASTER GX 450W RS450-ACAAD3-US 450W ATX12V v2.31 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified? ... I'm also wondering, is it worth it to include the SDD along with the HDD... will I notice, or will the difference be negligible?

Ssd?.............that's a user call......depends what your going to do with the machine.
Since your new to this I'd keep it simple......toss the ssd.
One hd with one partition.
