Help Choosing a CPU

I currently have an i7-2600K that bought for 212 about 2 weeks ago but I was wondering if it would be worth it to get the new ivory bridge i7-3770K for $300 instead. I was planning to get the GA-Z77X-UD5H LGA 1155 Z77 ATX motherboard. Is there any reall difference that would warrent the extra money or any other reasons why i should or should no go with either one. Thanks a bunch.

I see where Newegg has it now and has several comments on it. That is probably the best place to look beings it has just been released. They say it's 10% faster and runs cooler.
