do i need a rad pci card or is it already on motherboard?

my motherboard is http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7343077&sku=A455-3033 and i dont know if it already has raid on it since i am getting 500gb 7200 rpms but thinking i should get this http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4662523&sku=U12-40604 pci card that has raid. or at least i think it has raid. please help

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/chipsets/mainstream-chipsets/p67-express-chipset.html notes this chipset used with Intel's RST does RAD (RAID!)

But I fear that if you didn't figure that out then you are not ready to do this. I'd re-consider this feature.
