Intel I3 2120 dual or Athlon II 650 quad for our design comp

Thank you for your help! I do not know much about hardware and have no idea where to start for deciding!

We are working on purchasing a new computer for our graphic design machine at the office. We will mainly be using Adobe CS5 and CorelDraw along with office software. Running multiple programs is important and speed with running Adobe.

Here are the two choices that we have. They are both about the same cost:

HP P7-1125 -- Intel I3 2120 :
