Help with slow upload speed!!!

For about a week now my internet connection has been extremely slow. It doesn't matter if I use Safari, IE, or Firefox. I ran all the necessary scans (virues, spy/malware), deleted cookies, history, defrag, disk cleanup, etc. I recently talked with my ISP and they told me the upload speed from my computer was the issue. A tech came out, installed independent line which did not fix the problem. He plugged in his laptop and the speed was just fine so I know for a fact its my desktop.

I hoping to exhaust all means possible before purchasing a new unit. My computer is about 6 yrs old but everything else seems to work fine. Its just the internet speed I'm having issues with. Hopefully someone can help me.

You may want to tell the forum about security suite, what you use to detect malware and more.

unit 6yrs old...

1) uninstall unwanted program..

2) if problem not solve... try to reload your OS to factory default OS

Hi,
I think, you must brush up your unnecessary program those aren't being by you..May be you get some positive response.And ask to your ISP that come here and resolve your issues.
