Accessing PCI slots blocked by double wide PCI-E video cards

I have a motherboard with PCI-E slots right next to the PCI slots. I have a GeForce 8800 in the PCI-E slot and its extra size blocks the PCI slot next to it. Is there some kind of adapter or extender that I could attach to the PCI slot to get it out of the way of the video card? If so what is it called so I can search for it. Thanks for the help.
