Problems with HP DVD750b

by cupofjoe29040 - 4/25/06 6:49 PM

I have been using my HP DVD740b for several months without any problem. Last time I used it was last week and I had no problem at all with it. I have not made any changes to my computer settings nor have I installed new programs but now it is not working. I am using Nero and Roxio and neither will get passed 3%. This is the error message I get.

If anyone has any suggestions let me know. I would like to try and see what I can do before going and doing a system restore. Thanks. Chris
