Best Buy's HP m7470n a good deal or not?

Want to get the advice of the fine folks in this forum. I need a new computer. I am hoping to use it for the basics (spreadsheets, word processing, digital pictures) and mid-range gaming. Basically if I want to play any of the real fancy stuff I will use a XBox360. The computer I would use for strategy games like Civ4 and Rise of Legends.
Best buy currently offers a
Hewlett-Packard - Pavilion 4200+ Media Center Desktop m7470n with a AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual-core processor 4200+* for $1015.

This seems like a pretty good deal.
It has a decent amount of memory, a big hard drive.
The main downside is that the graphics card seems weak. (On board ATI xpress 200). But it has a pci-e x16 available slot so could be upgraded pretty easily. Am I correct?
Am I missing anything? Is there any reason not to get this computer? Is it not as upgradable as it seems? Am I better off with an intel for mid-range gaming?
