We work as quickly as possible to process and refund returns. Since recently finishing up our beta period, we are limited to business hours during the work week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PDT. We are often unable to immediately respond to user requests outside of these hours. We hope that in the future we'll be able to extend these hours as our company continues to grow. Nonetheless, our customer service team strives to respond to all inquiries as efficiently and promptly as possible.
Regretfully, your return was sent to the wrong location. Since it wasn't properly returned to our warehouses in Indiana, it took a little longer than usual for us to get it processed. We do not handle testing for connectivity in our offices, so we arranged to have your return mailed to our warehouses to be tested. Once received, our logistics department worked on getting it processed quickly. Afterwards, we did issue you a refund, as well as provided you with documentation that proved that the credit was issued.
