Router + repeater recommendations?

I live about 100 feet from my business location. My DSL access point is at the business, and I'm currently set up with an older linksys router there. I have a repeater in the house. When things are working, it works great. But, the connection between the two frequently drops, and the repeater is TERRIBLE about picking it back up again. I've tried pretty much everything, but consistent performance just ain't happening. I'm planning to replace both the router and the repeater, and I'm just looking for equipment recommendations. Does anyone have a similar setup (router and repeater about 100 feet apart) while being completely happy with how their equipment behaves? If so, I'd love to hear what equipment you are running.

Not to sound snippy, but this is not a request to solve my problem with suggestions like "you should switch to ethernet" or "tweak this setting" or "IP conflicts?" and so on, and so on. I'm only asking for replacement equipment recommendations. Thank you!

I've never had an issue at 100 feet.

Watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFRIELQD0Y0 and make sure there is a clear line of sight between the router and the receiver. Here's a receiver I've used.

Then I run that ethernet to the LAN port of another router configured as a WAP.

Cost runs under 100 and at 100 feet I never have an issue unless there are issues with line of sight or neighbors.
