Advice for Practice with Active Directory

i am using Server 2008 on my computer and have already setup my domain.

what i would like to do is practice different procedures that would happen in the real world.

are there any suggestions from people actually working in the networking field/

Remove the Hard Drive from the server and see how long it takes for them to restore the system.

The most common issue I see in most offices is they can't deal with a basic failure. They fly along without a disaster plan. Some say they can't afford it.

Beyond that, there's not much to do with the server at our office except to keep the IT staffer busy and off the server. All of them seem to want to practice on the server, even when it's running fine.
