LAN goes out after high bandwidth usage

Whenever the LAN is under strain, the router "forgets" the modem and the modem light flashes orange (Belkin router). Normally resetting the two will fix the problem right away, but it persists after multiple restarts. How do I fix this?

Usually by replace the part that resets or fails.

For now you can try it without the router to see if it's the router.

1. See if this (what make model?) router has updates (often called firmware.)
2. Use canned air on the vents of the router and set it so it can get the best cooling.
