Problem with wireless connection and with my IP

Okay so I've been using a program called ultrasurf that is changing your IP but it seems that it permanently changed it and whenever i want to go to internet via Mozilla or IE it wont connect but I am connected to the router.I can't do anything that has connection with internet so I've read for Mozilla to change in advanced tab to ''No proxy'' now I can go only to Mozilla but the rest still isn't working.I have tried restarting the PC and the router numerous times and doing commands like ''ipconfig,ipconfig /release/renew and so on no luck so far so I wondered if you guys can help me?

I have 2 laptops in my house and they both work perfectly with the router even my android but it seems that there is a problem with my PC,I'm connected wireleslly trough the D-Link Nano USB.

What does ipconfig (run ipconfig /all from the command prompt) tell about the IP-address of the PC?

Things that might help:
1. Keep using ultrasurf
2. System restore back to before you installed ultrasurf
