[Help] Internet keeps disconecting on me

With each passing day, my internet is disconnecting on me more and more on average.
I have no idea why..all I know is the internet light keeps going out on the modem.

It can happen at anytime for no reason. It does not matter if I'm using just the main computer or multiple computers. It also doesn't matter if I'm loading something or not..just keeps turning off.

Help me please!

If the (dial-up, ADSL, cable, satellite, you didn't tell) connection between the modem and the ISP disconnects, that's a problem with either the modem, the connection or the ISP. The first stop is the helpdesk of the ISP.
