DNS settings for wireless router and adapter...

Say I connect to the Internet via my home wireless network and via free wifi outside the home....

1. At the wireless router at home, I would set the DNS [primary and secondary] as provided by my ISP.

2. How should set the DNS at the wireless adapter of my Notebook (TCP/IP properties)? Would 0.0.0.0 be OK, or do I leave it blank ? [outside free wifi providers may have different ISP, so the DNS will be different]

1. Or you could use a Google DNS. Your choice.

2. I never do that! I use DHCP and let it get such from the router.
