Inconsistent Wireless Internet Conn. from Android mobile?

I've subscribed to a local wireless 3G internet service provider.
Despite the strong signals all the time from my android phone, my browser sometimes doesn't connect to the internet & sometimes does !!
What could be the reason ? Is there some internal conflict ? Do i need to flush the DNS ? PLS HELP.

It works here and there but not always. Consumers are going to be upset over this.
