Needed: a cheap way to bypass the Libyan internet options.

Here in Libya it's very difficult to get a personal internet connection. My research shows 3 ways to connect:
1. a personal Wimax purchase price $96,
2. an office Wimax purchase price $178 and
3. something called two way internet purchase price $2,800.

I have no problem paying for options 1 & 2 except that they're unavailable or a potential buyer must be on a waiting list.

Can anyone tell me of a cheap way to bypass the Libyan internet options? All I need is internet for my laptop at home.
