Connect wifi router to another wifi router wirelessly

I have a Totolink N300RG currently set up and I would like to get another router to connect wirelessly to it from another part of my house, thereby expanding WiFi range.
Is this possible and if so, how do I do it and what kind of router should the second one be. Is there any other way to do this

That's called a wifi expander/extender.

Some routers do, some don't. Check your prospective device's spec!

What about wireless bridging?

I don't have a prospective device, my choice of device will be based primarily on info from the internet about this purpose. I did read something about wireless bridging, so what about that?

I'd NOT a WiFi extender. It is a bridge that I use from WiFi to Ethernet for my HDTV which we know those have mediocre USB WiFi dongles.

I can however take my WiFi bridge and configure a common router as a WAP to extend the coverage in my home.

You may want to try a WiFi extender or repeater but keep in mind I never use those since I tend to use the bridge and router solution.
