Wireless Internet forum: i need help.

my internet recently got cut off and the service provider gave me a temporary password for all of the things i use with the provider, such as email, after i paid my bill. I had alot of trouble getting everything back up but some things are still not working. For instance i have to connnect to a broadband and wireless connection so that i can use my laptop(only computer i have) but the tool at the bottom used to connect to internet has an exclamation point. It says the broadband is connected and the wireless has no internet access but i am using my laptop wirelessly right now. I cannot connect any of my other devices to my internet right now either, such as ipod and bluray player. what do i need to do so that my wireless internet will work with my other devices?

I see no router or all the other details. Many folk have noticed that no internet connection bug but the internet works.

The last time I saw that, the DNS CHANGER TROJAN was involved so let's here more.
