Wireless Troubles or Internet Interference?

So I recently moved back home and I realize that I get wireless internet pretty well on my laptop around the house, with the exception of in my bedroom and the guest bedroom. Those 2 rooms get 0 bars of internet throughout the majority of the day. At first I thought it was the router, so we upgraded to the Netgear WNDR4000 and then I thought it was our provider who upgraded our internet speed, but nothing really changed.

Here's the part that confuses me... around 10PM we do get decent internet in those rooms and then it disappears around 6AM. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it's incredibly frustrating.

Did you try other channels on the router?

While it serves as something to try it also tells me when a person isn't ready to work issues on their system.

Take a few days to research your router, its manual and look out for the word "channel" in the documentation.

I'll supply some starter links next.
