Internet Access When Moving
by johnb1 - 12/27/10 1:21 PM
Hi,
I'm in the process of moving from NY to NC. I currently have cable broadband access. Between my house closing, the move and actually moving into my new home, I'll be without residental internet access for almost a month. I have a laptop I can use, during the move. I have a few questions that maybe someone can help me with:
1 - What are my access options, before I can get a cable connection again?
2 - Are there any options that will give me access from anywhere? I don't want to have to find "hotspots" every time I need access.
3 - Is a SmartPhone an option? I currently just use a regular cell phone.
I really don't want to be tied to "hotspots" for a month or more.
Thanks for any info!
John
