Only one problem I've seen
While browsing the internet to see reviews on this service, the one big complaint is the cancelation service. Apparently, they give you a number in your contract to call (which works, I've tried it) and then they give you a cancellation number (which is also told of in the contract) and you give them your cancellation number. Others online have said that after one cancels, they keep charging, but I would think that if you either file a complaint with your credit card, or you call to confirm your cancelation, this problem can be solved. As for pop up ads, I've been using the service for awhile and I think that the ads are from your Internet browser, rather than the ISP itself. If all else fails, call a consumer help center... Hope it helps.
