connect to inter net but cannot browse

i am doing internet using nokia 2690 phone through usb cable.
i connect to internet through nokia ovi suite .but can not browse,antivirus not update,window does not update . i uninstall ovi , then reinstall. during install a msg come
"something gone wrong
module c:\program files\common files\nokia\codecs\nokiadecmp4Asp_h263.dll
fail to unregistered.
Hresult-2147220472. contact support personal"

then i click ok.
then it show network connected.

i also uncheck the lan setting.
but still can not browse.

then i go to command line and the results...

i can not found the problem. i recently upgrade window . my previous window contain explorer 10but now it has explorer 8.
