Peoplepc run-around

I am having problems with peoplepc and the run-around they keep giving me. They tried to fix a problem we were having with their Fine-Tune program and in doing so have screwed our computer up bad and now they tell us that its our problem. I have called so many numbers and get the same thing.... I'm sorry for your inconvenience. Anyone know how I can get to the bottom of this. I want them to fix what they broke.

remove AOL and insert PoeplePC.

All kidding aside, I would read about People PC at ConsumerAffairs.com.
Then seriously consider getting a different ISP. Many other inexpensive ISP's can deliver a much better experience. Before deciding on pretty much any ISP, first Google them and read up on them before you decide. As a general rule, don't bother with testimonials published by the ISP you are investigating.
