Can You use a cell phone as an analog line?

I am trying to use my cell phone as an analog line to dial in to a modem to work on PBX systems. I could not find any help with Verison's web site. I have a pn-820 phone and windows XP.

The answer is far too long to fit.

Read articles like http://www.engadget.com/2005/01/18/how-to-use-your-cdma-cellphone-as-a-usb-modem/ and get a compatible phone.

There's no need to use a cellphone as an analog line since PBX phone systems can use digital phones.

Cell Phone as modem to dial land lines NOT to the ISP

This "solution" just lets one connect ones computer via the Verizon ISP to the internet.
I believe the challenge was to set up the cell phone to dial out directly to another modem,and NOT use the internet.
I have a similar issue where as I need to be able to use a cell phone or Blackberry on Verizon services to dial different phone numbers (land lines) which are connected to modems which are connected to regular computers. I realize this is very 1980's but this is still useful when dealing with closed systems.
Anyone have any ideas on this?

But today I know of no cell phone today. that has the modem for dial up use.

i think it will not possible for you that you use your cell as analog but concern with any other in the forum may they will solve your problem....
