how we are seen by businesses on the internet ?

ok here is my scenario: at my house we have high speed internet through cox cable. the internet comes in through a coaxial cable to our modem, then it goes to a wired / wireless router. I have 1 desktop (that's mine) that's connected to the router by a cat5 cable ,and 2 laptops (my roommates) that are wifi to the router .
now here is my question: there is a casino that I play at that has closed my account because they say I have more than 1 account coming from the same IP. now, when we pull up the IP addresses in each pc they are all different by at least I digit . for example my desktop 192.168.0.1. and one of the laptops 192.168.0.3, and the other laptop 192.168.0.4., and yes 1 of my roommates does go to the same casino as I do and got his account closed also with the same accusations .
now how can they say that there is more than 1 account coming from the same IP address when clearly there is a digit difference at the end of each one of the IP addresses . just how are we seen by people on the internet. 3 computers coming from 1 IP or 3 different IP addresses coming from 1 location ?
