Can't download and visit websites at the same time

i'm with mediacom and i upgraded to ultra 50 has anyone had this problem? when i download anything i can't visit websites at the same time

I have exact same problem. As soon as i start a download my browser stops loading pages. When i cancel or complete download it starts working again. Still looking for answer......

Well i found setting in firewall. I believe its the block port or ip flooding may be the culprit. Answer my own question i know but in case anyone else has this issue.this was my gateway firewall
