1.What kind of connection is this, cable, wireless, satellite, dsl?
2. use speedtest.net and make sure it picks a server near you, after that if its still slow, run it on the next closest 2 servers from you.
3. Are you sure they said 15Mbps as your base speed and not up to 15Mbps? Common advertising shenanigans may be in play here.

connection is satellite / wireless i guess , i mean they installed the dish in the roof via cables -> wireless

and network monitor , gave me 1.0MB/s

I you got 1 megabytes per second then this is super. there are 8 bits in a byte so you hit 8 megabits a second.

is not my expertise but its basically high frequency RF broadcast from space to your satelite dish reciever coming in, then over coax cables to your box. And old or damaged cables can reduce the speed, as well as the weather, that's right the weather. I used to live in Florida if a thunderstorm rolled up the heavy water down poor interrupted the RF signal, and your TV went out, pretty common occurrence in the south east where rain is really rain and not light fluffy water falling gently from the sky like it is up near Seattle where I live now.

So satellite is not a 100% guarantee delivery type of system furthermore it will depend somewhat on your phone service dial up for the upstream as I understand it, and any damage to phone line is going to cause packet loss on the upstream which will reduce speed as the system wait to get a request for data. Lots of possible things causing this, first thing first, 6 Mbps over sat is great, honestly. and I am pretty sure if you read it is not guaranteed to have 15Mbps always, because its really hard to control the weather.

guys i just wanted to know the concept of internet speed

1-the speed test result that shown in speedtest.net

and the speed appear in download what the difference ?
